Griffon Partners is a high-quality low-volume consulting firm.  We help our clients build world-class leadership teams and optimize their leadership, talent management, and sales functions.   Griffon Partners was founded to offer an alternative to firms who deliver expensive binders of non-actionable information that tell the client what they already know.  We’re different from the traditional trainers who lecture the same rhetoric regardless of your circumstance.  Instead we deliver highly effective, common sense but not always common practice advice rooted in our own extensive experience.  Our solutions produce real results, are simple to implement, and are custom fit to your company.

As Founder and President of Griffon Partners, Chris Hock is responsible for both the overall leadership of the firm and advising clients as an active consultant.  Chris’ qualifications include:
